Craft Fair Vendor Rules - We Will Update This Soon!

  1. Registration
    The vendor will pay a $37 non-refundable fee per single booth. Checks are to be made payable to the "Jupiter Farms Parade & Events” and are due with the completed application. A service fee of $45.00 will be charged on all returned checks.
    Location:  Jupiter Horsemen's Association Grass Arena in Jupiter Farms Park. Vendor spaces will be located on the grass south of the grass arena. No craft fair parking is allowed in this area. Parking is in regular Park parking spots.
  2. Spaces will be no less than 10 feet wide and approximately 15 feet deep. Please place your tent/tables  near marker, but do not encroach beyond the marked space. There will be shared space between vendors, please do not block this area.
  3. The vendor will be assigned a specific booth space when accepted through the jury process and payment is received. Vendors must provide their own table, chairs, display materials, and shade. There is no electricity available. Please keep your display within your booth area and do not encroach on other vendors. Jupiter Farms Craft Fair Committee reserves the right to determine the location of booth spaces. Jupiter Farms Craft Fair reserves the right to adjust spaces and placements of vendors as circumstances dictate. The committee does not guarantee an exclusive sale on any item.
  4. Booths are to be set up between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. ALL CARS MUST BE OUT OF THE VENDOR AREA BY 10:30 AM. Please follow the signs and directions of our volunteers for how to drive in for set up and take-down, there will likely be one-way passage in some areas. Vendor parking is in the other areas of Jupiter Farms Park. Please leave the spots closest to the craft show open for your customers!
  5. Take down starts NO EARLIER than 4:00 pm. There is a Parade Awards ceremony at 4:00 in the Grass Arena area, and we anticipate crowds to linger until that time. Please pack your booth, table and tent completely, then get clearance to bring your car in from one of our volunteers.  NO CARS will be admitted into the craft area until 4:30. PLEASE USE CAUTION - THERE WILL BE PEDESTRIANS IN THE AREA! Please vacate by 7:00 pm.
  6. Clean up includes picking up and disposing of ALL trash and debris in your booth area.  Each vendor is required to keep his/her area clean. No one is permitted to leave any discarded merchandise, boxes, or cartons on the grounds.
  7. Food trucks will be located along the western fence of the Craft Fair Area. Toilets at the Jupiter Farms Pavilion will be open, and we will have an accessible Port-a-potty for the Craft Fair. Please
  8. Tacking or fastening anything to trees is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  9. Absolutely no alcohol will be permitted before, during, or after the event. If any vendor is found in possession of, consumption of, or in recent consumption of  alcoholic beverages, that vendor must close his/her booth, and will be dismissed from premises only to return after 4:30 to load out and will not be invited to participate in any of our future Jupiter Farms Craft Fair events.
  10. The Craft Fair Committee, at its discretion, has the authority to close a vendor’s booth for not complying with these rules and guidelines or by not acting in a manner conducive with the safety and well-being of others in attendance. The vendor must close his/her booth, will be dismissed from premises, only to return after 4:30pm to load out.
  11. "Best of Booth" Award will be given at the Parade Awards Celebration.
